A brief Walkergate post:
Three thoughts after reading this MJS article, “Partner of former Scott Walker aide ordered to pay fine, do community service“.
1. Today you may feel justified in teasing Scott Walker about his “porn van” driving friends.
2. Brian Pierick divulged information on his buddies in the Milwaukee office of then County Executive Scott Walker to get his charges and sentence so reduced. He went from being charged with felony counts for child enticement and causing a child to expose his genitals with a possible 28 1/2 years in prison and $13,000 in fines to this sentence: $2,148 fine and 50 hours of community service for “contributing to the delinquency of a child”, a misdemeanor.
3. The fact that what the investigator called “specific images” on a computer in Pierick and Russell’s home were contained in a folder called “Walker04″ continues to intrigue me. Could be nothing! But why include that in the criminal complaint if it wasn’t of some importance?
If you’re scratching your head as to what Pierick did and who he is/was, here’s a bit from my January 5, 2012 post:
“The investigator of Pierick’s case calls him Timothy Russell’s “business and domestic partner”. Information that led to Pierick’s arrest was gathered from computers and electronic devices such as iphones and testimony from “DR” a then 17-year-old. Sexually explicit “daddy” and “son” role play was found on the phone used by Pierick which was directed to a number connected with “DR”. In online texts to Pierick ”DR” stated he was 19 years old. Search of the computers in Russell and Pierick’s home also revealed porn of males age 12-19. ”DR” sent nude photos to Pierick.
…Oddly enough, the investigator says that one of the accounts used in connection with ”specific images” was “Walker04″.
Here’s the original criminal complaint against Pierick. It’s even worse than Fifty Shades of Grey. (Yeah. Wild. Whodathunk that was possible?)
I wonder if those images include certain motorcycles and events meant for official business/campaign business?
