Vince Megna announces his bid for WIsconsin Supreme Court seat

I’m thrilled to learn that Wisconsin’s famous Lemon Law King Vince Megna is tossing his hat into the ring for the 2013 spring Wisconsin Supreme Court race. If there’s anybody tenacious and good humored enough to handle the notoriously dirty campaign tactics that always accompany Wisconsin Supreme Court races, it’s Vince Megna.

Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi is also considering a run for the seat as is Marquette University law professor Ed Fallone.

The seat is currently held by Justice Patience Roggensack who blogger illusory tenant says “comprises that court’s hard-right conservative bloc together with Justices Ziegler and Gableman and more often than not Justice David Prosser”.
