Live Updates: 2nd Recall Election Debate Between Tom Barrett and Scott Walker

The debate between Tom Barrett and Scott Walker begins 9PM Central, it will last 1 hour, and it will be moderated by Mike Gousha of the show Upfront on Milwaukee’s WISN 12. It takes place at Marquette University.
